Elon Musk said in a social media post early Wednesday that he regretted some of his posts and comments about President Trump last week.
Musk said on his X platform some of his posts about Trump “going too far.”
Musk, the wealthiest person in the world, was once one of the president's closest advisers. But he and Trump were dramatic and publicly dropped after Tesla's chief executive left his role in the administration.
Both men traded barbs on social media, and Trump said last week that he had no interest in repairing the relationship.
