(WGHP) — If Independence Day were fireworks, we’re in the midst of the pre-explosion whistle blow, with just a few more days to get ready to celebrate our nation’s birthday with our community.
We will be posting fireworks displays and events as they are announced, so this list will be updated daily as the holidays approach.

Thursday, July 4th, Archdale's Fourth of July Festival The event kicks off at Creekside Park at 5:30pm, with food trucks and music by Walden Sound Systems starting at 6pm, followed by fireworks after sundown.
Vendors include Menchies Frozen Yogurt, The Chill Shak, Kyle's Concessions LLC, Sweets and Treats, S&P Lemonade, The Old 97 Kettlecorn Company, Roadway Dawgs and Grill, 4 Fosters Slushies, Sunset Slush, Luxury Brown Sweets and Treats and Knockerball.
Organizers encourage visitors to bring cash with them.
In case of rain, the fireworks will be rescheduled to July 5th.
of Fun Fourth celebration Back to Downtown Greensboro Thursday, July 4. The Freedom Run starts at 7:30 a.m. and Freedom Fest runs from 1 to 6 p.m. The fireworks show begins after the Greensboro Grasshoppers game at First National Bank Field.

of Uncle Samjam It takes place on Thursday, July 4th. Gates open at 4:30pm and the fireworks display begins at 9:15pm.
Parking is $10 and admission to the Family Fun Zone is $20.
On Saturday, July 13th, you can dine from food trucks while listening to live music on North Fayetteville Street from 4pm to 9pm. Free July Festival.
participate Mebane Community Celebrating Independence Day on July 4th It will be held at Mebane Arts and Community Centre on Thursday, July 4. The event starts at 5.30pm and fireworks are scheduled for 9.25pm.
If the fireworks are cancelled due to inclement weather, the date will be rescheduled.
Davie County invites you to its outdoor amphitheater. Davie County Community Park for Independence Day Celebrations It will take place on Saturday, July 6. The festivities will run from 7pm to 10:30pm, followed by fireworks.
Mount Airy The Independence Day Parade & Celebration will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 4th.
Randleman's “A Good Day” The festival will take place on July 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. and will feature fireworks, bounce houses, live bands, hot dogs and more.
There are two great opportunities to see fireworks in Winston-Salem.

- Thursday, July 4th, after the Carolina Disco Turkeys game at Wake Forest University's Couch Ballpark
