The ACC Baseball Championship will be played in pool play, with a four-team single-elimination format to determine the league champion. Each team in the four pools will play one match each against the other two opponents in the pool, Tuesday through Friday (May 21-26). The four teams with the best records within their respective pools will advance to Saturday's semifinals, with the winners facing off in the ACC Championship Game on Sunday.
Game times for Tuesday through Friday are set for 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., with Saturday's semifinals scheduled for 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. and Sunday's championship starting at noon. The tournament kicks off at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Miami and Louisville facing off.
The 2024 ACC Baseball Championship will be held at Turist Field in Charlotte. This stadium opened in 2014 and is the host facility for the Chicago White Sox's Triple-A minor league affiliate, the Charlotte Knights. This will be the ACC's 50th baseball championship and the 26th held in North Carolina. The event's return to Charlotte will mark the third time in four years that the ACC champion has been crowned in the Queen City. Duke won the championship in 2021, and the University of North Carolina won in 2022.
Tickets can be purchased at www.charlotteknights.com.
The ACC Network will host a total of 14 games from Tuesday through Saturday. The championship game at noon Sunday will be broadcast on ESPN2. All games will also be available on the ESPN app.
