The robots were everywhere. Some people pedaled like Star Wars droids. Others operated the hospital surgical equipment. They all got a glimpse into what a future driven by artificial intelligence would look like.
Nvidia, the world's largest manufacturer of artificial intelligence chips, has put together the robots as part of its annual developer conference in San Jose, California.
A weekly showcase of robots, large language models (the system behind AI-powered chatbots), and self-driving cars brought out who of the industry leaders and more than 25,000 participants.
