Angie Harmon's daughter, Avery Seehorn, was arrested for allegedly trespassing at a North Carolina nightclub just days after celebrating her high school graduation.
At 18 years old, he Law & Order According to local media WCCB, actress Jason Seehorn, 51, was arrested on Thursday, June 6th after a Charlotte nightclub owner accused her and two 17-year-olds of breaking into his establishment and stealing liquor bottles.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Avery is accused of breaking into World Nightclub in Charlotte on Wednesday, June 5, and stealing six bottles of alcohol valued at $500.
Fox News, citing an incident report, reported that the break-in happened around 11:30 p.m., and arrest records obtained by People magazine show Avery was arrested at 12:02 a.m. the same day.

The nightclub owner told WCCB that Avery and two juveniles entered through a back door and hid behind the counter to steal liquor bottles. They were caught by a cleaning staff member and tried to run away, but were later caught by police, the owner said. He also told the outlet that the incident was captured on security cameras.
Avery was subsequently charged with burglary as well as criminal trespass, according to court documents. She was released on June 6 after signing a written promise to appear again at her next court date. She is next scheduled to appear in Mecklenburg County Court on June 28.
“Ms. Harmon has a great respect for and faith in the criminal justice system. She looks forward to her daughter's day in court and hopes the truth will be told by witnesses to the incident,” Harmon's attorney, George V. LaFranc II, said in an exclusive statement to People magazine.
“The defendants and their legal team are confident the truth will come out and are once again focused on presenting what actually happened, not conclusions or speculation from outside sources,” the statement continued. “We will not comment further until the day of court and ask that everyone respect their privacy.”
Charlotte Police did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
People magazine previously reported that Avery graduated from high school on June 2.

“Avery, we are all so proud of you!” Harmon wrote on Instagram on graduation day, sharing a photo of Avery in her cap gown and her two daughters, Finley Faith, 20, and Emery Hope, 15, with her ex-husband. Harmon and the former NFL star, 53, split in 2014.
“You have overcome obstacles, conquered, excelled and are shining bright with the stars! Remember to leave every place better than you found it,” the former model continued in the caption. “We are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!”

Harmon made headlines earlier this year after her dog, Oliver, was shot and killed by an Instacart delivery driver on March 30.
Following her dog's death, she sued Instacart and the delivery driver for trespass, negligence, invasion of privacy, and other charges. Harmon previously opened up to People about the incident, saying her grief over losing Oliver is “immeasurable.”
“I'm still crying. I can feel my body shaking. It's difficult, it's unfathomable, but we can't just sit back and do nothing. We can't just sit back and take our kickback from Instacart and say, 'OK, thank you,'” she said. “It's like a public service announcement. I mean, people need to be aware that this can happen.”
