Allied Trust Insurance Company has announced the launch of a homeowners insurance program in North Carolina, USA, offering coastal residents protection-focused insurance options.
Following the successful transition of business from Lighthouse Property Insurance in 2022, Allied Trust will enter the North Carolina insurance market, becoming the fourth U.S. state to be added to its portfolio, joining South Carolina, Texas and Louisiana.
Brian Keefer, president and co-founder of Allied Trust, is enthusiastic about the company’s expansion into North Carolina: “We are excited to announce the launch of our homeowner products in North Carolina.
“With comprehensive coverage options, innovative features and fair pricing, we are committed to providing protection to homeowners in disaster-prone areas of the state. Since first entering North Carolina in 2022, our team has been hard at work developing unique homeowner offerings and we look forward to introducing additional products in the near future.”
Allied Trust currently offers home, boat and flood insurance in North Carolina and plans to expand its product offerings to include home fire, condo and comprehensive insurance in the coming months.
The company said it aims to become the insurance company of choice for independent agents across the state by leveraging its innovative approach and focus on core values, excellent customer service and agent ease of use.
